Thad M. Gelsinger joined Leisawitz Heller in 2010 and focuses his practice in the firm's Litigation and Business Groups. He serves both businesses and individual clients in successfully resolving their litigation matters. In this capacity, Thad handles fiduciary and commercial litigation cases, as well as personal injury cases.

Thad is admitted to practice before the state courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey and the United Stated District Courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the Middle District of Pennsylvania and District of New Jersey. He is Chair of the Young Lawyers Section of the Berks County Bar Association and a member of the both the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Justice William Strong Inns of Court.

Thad is one of the few attorneys in the greater Reading area that participates in the Sedona Conference, specifically in Working Group 1 on Electronic Document Retention and Production. He has also presented continuing legal education seminars to his colleagues on electronic discovery and issues related to the use of social media in litigation.

Outside the legal profession, Thad is actively involved in his community. He currently serves as the Vice President of the Greater Reading Young Professionals and on the Board of Directors for the Berks County Chapter of the Penn State Alumni Association.

Thad received both his J.D. and M.B.A. from Widener University. In addition, he received his B.S. in Marketing from the Pennsylvania State University. Thad graduated from Holy Name High School.

A native of Berks County, Thad grew up in Robesonia. He enjoys playing tennis and golf.
