Since joining Leisawitz Heller in 2001, Eden Bucher has concentrated most of her practice in the areas of commercial transactions, debtor/creditor law, and general and commercial litigation. She is admitted to practice before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She is also the solicitor for two local Montgomery County fire companies.
Education & Activities
Eden received her Juris Doctor and MBA degrees simultaneously from Widener University. She is a member of the American, Pennsylvania and Berks County Bar Associations, as well as the Commercial League of America. She resides in Royersford, Pennsylvania with her husband and two daughters.
Eden believes that being a good lawyer means being a problem solver. “When the client calls me, it’s usually about a problem in the early stages of development,” she says. “My job is to help solve the problem long before it gets to the litigation stage.”
