Any client involved in business, employment or construction litigation comes to the process saddled with a great deal of anxiety and uncertainty. Kevin Moore quickly sizes up the case for the client, identifies the goal to be achieved and provides the roadmap toward that goal in litigation. Whether zealously advocating his client’s position in the courtroom or cogently analyzing the business impact of litigation in the boardroom, Kevin provides the unique blend of counsel and leadership clients need to achieve their strategic goals in the litigation process.

Activities & Education

Kevin currently chairs the Employment Law Section of the Berks County Bar Association, and serves on numerous other state and local bar committees. He serves the business community as a volunteer member of the Human Resources Committee for the Berks County Chamber of Commerce. Kevin also volunteers as the Solicitor for several nonprofit community organizations.

Kevin serves his community not just as an attorney, but also as coach and mentor. He is a Boy Scout leader and Lector at St. John Baptist de LaSalle Roman Catholic Church, serves as the academic advisor to the LaSalle Academy Declamation program, and coaches school and township baseball. Kevin is a graduate of Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania and earned his Juris Doctor from the Widener University School of Law.
