Maxwell C. Nice

Maxwell Nice joined Leisawitz Heller in 2018 and practices in the firm's Estate Planning/Administration, Business and Real Estate groups. He serves both businesses and individual clients across an array of areas.

Max received his Juris Doctor from the Duquesne University School of Law. Prior to law school, he received his Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Communication from the University of Pittsburgh. While in law school, Max was a legal intern for the Honorable Thomas E. Flaherty in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. Immediately following law school, Max served as a judicial fellow for the Honorable Richard E. Fehling in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania before joining a small firm in Reading, PA where he practiced general litigation, family law, business and real estate law for clients. 

Max is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Berks County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association.

A native of Berks County, Max grew up in Wyomissing and graduated from Wilson High School. He currently resides in Exeter with his wife, daughter, and dog. Max enjoys playing tennis and golf.
